AI Engineering Manager, Enterprise AI

LinkedIn is seeking an AI Engineering Manager to lead their Enterprise AI team, which is responsible for $7B+ LOBs across Hirer, Learning, and Enterprise Jobs verticals. This is a pivotal leadership role in one of the world's largest professional networks.

The position offers an exciting opportunity to drive innovation in AI-powered recruiting tools, including GenAI powered search and automated inMails. You'll be working on LinkedIn's #1 priority - the Hiring Assistant charter that aims to revolutionize recruiting workflows. The role involves building and tuning generative AI models, collaborating with OpenAI, and developing cutting-edge search and recommendation systems.

As the manager, you'll lead a team of 6-10 highly experienced AI Engineers, working closely with cross-functional teams across Product, Applications, and Infrastructure. You'll be responsible for defining engineering best practices, driving faster iterations through A/B experiments, and ensuring the team's productivity while maintaining high technical standards.

The Learning AI team focuses on transforming online learning and career development through Generative AI and advanced search & recommendation technologies. The Enterprise Jobs AI team works on connecting millions of job opportunities with members through sophisticated talent matching systems.
