AI Engineering Manager - Enterprise AI

LinkedIn is seeking an AI Engineering Manager to lead their Enterprise AI team, responsible for $7B+ LOBs across Hirer, Learning and Enterprise Jobs verticals. This role will focus on building next-generation recruiter platforms using GenAI powered tools, including AI-assisted search and automated inMails. The position involves working with cutting-edge technologies including generative AI models, OpenAI integration, and advanced search/recommendation systems.

The role requires leading a team of 6-10 exceptional AI Engineers while collaborating across functions with Product, Applications, Infrastructure, and Vertical AI teams. Key responsibilities include technical leadership, establishing engineering best practices, and driving rapid iteration through A/B experiments.

The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of ML/AI experience, with at least 1 year of management experience leading AI/ML engineering teams. They should have strong technical expertise in machine learning, data modeling, and hands-on development experience. Advanced degrees in Computer Science, ML, or related fields are preferred.

This hybrid position is based in Sunnyvale, CA, offering competitive compensation ($164,000-$268,000) plus benefits including health coverage, equity, and performance bonuses.
