AI Engineering Manager, Enterprise AI

LinkedIn is seeking an AI Engineering Manager to lead their Enterprise AI team, responsible for $7B+ lines of business across Hirer, Learning and Enterprise Jobs verticals. This is a high-impact role focused on building next-generation AI solutions including GenAI powered tools, automated workflows, and cutting-edge search and recommendation systems.

The role involves leading a team of 6-10 highly experienced AI engineers working on transformative projects like AI-assisted search, automated inMails, and LinkedIn's #1 priority Hiring Assistant initiative. You'll be responsible for developing and applying generative AI models, collaborating with OpenAI, and innovating on search and recommendation systems to match candidates with opportunities.

The Learning AI team focuses on revolutionizing online learning through GenAI and recommendation technologies, while the Enterprise Jobs AI team connects millions of opportunities with members through advanced talent matching. This position offers significant growth potential given Enterprise is LinkedIn's largest business line.

As manager, you'll work closely with product, infrastructure and vertical AI teams to align initiatives and ensure optimal collaboration. Key responsibilities include participating in technical discussions, defining engineering best practices, and attracting/developing world-class talent. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of ML/AI experience, proven management skills, and a track record of driving impact with generative AI and recommendation systems.
