AI Engineering Manager, Enterprise AI

LinkedIn is seeking an AI Engineering Manager to lead their Enterprise AI team, which is responsible for $7B+ lines of business across Hirer, Learning and Enterprise Jobs verticals. The role will focus on leading a team of 6-10 engineers working on cutting-edge AI applications including generative AI powered tools, automated recruiting workflows, and advanced search and recommendation systems. You'll be responsible for LinkedIn's #1 priority initiative - the Hiring Assistant platform that aims to revolutionize recruiting processes.

The position involves working across multiple strategic areas:

• The Hirer AI team building next-generation recruiter platforms with AI-assisted search and automated communications
• LinkedIn Learning AI team transforming online learning through personalized recommendations and AI-powered learning experiences
• Enterprise Jobs AI team connecting millions of opportunities to members through advanced matching

As manager, you'll:

• Lead technical strategy and execution across these critical initiatives
• Drive innovation in applying generative AI, search, and recommendation systems
• Work closely with product, infrastructure and vertical AI teams
• Define engineering best practices and processes
• Attract and develop world-class AI talent
