The position involves leading a team of 5-10 data infrastructure and machine learning engineers who are building a revolutionary foundational data platform. This platform will unify all textualized member profile, activity, and graph data across LinkedIn into a canonical format, while ensuring privacy and policy compliance. The platform will support massive scale data preparation, nearline and offline serving, quality control, and data selection capabilities.
As the Engineering Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring high-quality, privacy-aware data for next-generation machine learning training and evaluation. The role requires strong technical leadership, with hands-on experience in data engineering, data modeling, and machine learning. You'll collaborate closely with various teams including Product, Applications, Infrastructure, and Vertical AI teams to align initiatives and leverage existing solutions.
The position offers a competitive compensation package including base salary ($235,000 - $285,000), annual bonus, and RSUs.
