AI Engineering Manager, Hirer AI

LinkedIn is seeking an AI Engineering Manager for their Hirer AI team, responsible for connecting individuals to opportunities and building the next generation recruiter platform. This role involves leading a team of 6-10 engineers, working on cutting-edge AI technologies including generative AI, search, and recommendation systems. The position is based in Sunnyvale, CA, with a hybrid work option.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading a team of 6-10 engineers
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Participating in technical and design discussions
• Defining and leveraging best practices for engineering and research

• Driving faster iterations through A/B experiments

The ideal candidate should have:

• 5+ years of related industry experience in Machine Learning and algorithm solutions
• 1+ year(s) of management experience or Staff level AI/ML engineering experience
• BA/BS in Computer Science or related field
• Hands-on experience in data modeling, AI, and machine learning

Preferred qualifications include:

• 2+ years of ML/AI Engineering management experience
• MS or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related fields
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in data modeling and machine learning
• Experience with Generative AI products and Search/Recommendation systems
