The position sits within the Account Abuse AI team, where you'll be responsible for building out the next generation abuse modeling ecosystem. Your primary mission will be to keep fake accounts and entities off LinkedIn while reducing harmful activities and delivering a world-class enforcement experience.
As the AI Engineering Manager, you'll lead and develop a team of talented engineers, driving technical excellence and innovation in machine learning solutions at scale. You'll work closely with senior management to shape strategic direction and collaborate across multiple teams including anti-abuse infrastructure engineering, product, data science, and Trust & Safety.
The role offers an attractive compensation package ranging from $250,000 to $268,000 annually, plus additional benefits including annual bonus, sign-on bonus, and RSUs.
