AI/ML Engineering Manager - Feed AI

LinkedIn is seeking an AI/ML Engineering Manager to lead their Feed AI team, focused on helping 1B+ members advance their careers through professional community engagement. This role combines technical leadership with people management, overseeing a team of 10 ML engineers working on cutting-edge recommendation systems.

The Feed AI team leverages advanced machine learning techniques including Learning to Rank, Explore/Exploit algorithms, Deep Learning, and Reinforcement Learning to optimize content delivery and knowledge flow between creators and seekers. The team's mission is critical to LinkedIn's ecosystem, focusing on building a knowledge marketplace with high-quality content.

As the Engineering Manager, you'll work at the intersection of product strategy and technical innovation. You'll collaborate closely with Product and Data Science partners to define roadmaps, while partnering with Foundation and Infrastructure teams to implement scalable AI solutions. The role requires both deep technical expertise in ML/AI and strong leadership skills to grow and mentor a team of talented engineers.

The position offers competitive compensation ($200,000-$268,000 base salary) plus additional benefits including annual bonus and RSUs.
