Data Engineering Manager (GTM)

LinkedIn, the world's largest professional network with over 1 billion members, is seeking a Data Engineering Manager to lead their GTM Data Science team. Key responsibilities include leading complex cross-functional projects, developing data foundations and executive metrics, and creating automated dashboards for business insights.

Technical requirements include experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, MapReduce, Spark), proficiency in languages like SQL, Scala, and Python, and a strong background in data engineering and analytics. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of industry experience and at least 1 year of management experience.

LinkedIn offers a competitive compensation package including base salary range of $147,000 to $240,000, plus annual performance bonus, stock options, and comprehensive benefits. The role provides a hybrid work environment, allowing flexibility between remote work and office time at the Mountain View headquarters.
