Director, Software Engineering - Trust

LinkedIn is seeking an exceptional Director of Software Engineering to lead our Trust Foundations organization, a critical component of our Trust Engineering division. The Trust Foundations team is responsible for developing foundational systems that enable LinkedIn to build trust seamlessly across the platform. Our systems are designed to abstract away infrastructure complexities, allowing teams to focus on their core mission of identifying and preventing abuse.

As the Director of Engineering, you will lead a diverse team of talented engineers, driving both technical excellence and professional growth. You'll be responsible for defining and executing the long-term technology roadmap for Trust Foundations, ensuring our systems can scale to meet LinkedIn's growing needs while maintaining high standards of security and reliability.
