This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of LinkedIn's infrastructure and technology, particularly in the AI and product platforms space.

The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on technical program management, focusing on critical initiatives that support all LinkedIn product lines. As the Director of TPM, you'll be responsible for spearheading key technical and operational initiatives supporting AI/product platforms foundational to all LinkedIn product lines. You'll work closely with product lines of business and infrastructure teams to own the process for long-range hardware capacity demands and ROI-driven allocation.

Your primary responsibilities will include leading hardware demand forecasting and planning, collaborating with executive leadership to define frameworks for optimal ROI, and driving cross-functional initiatives to improve forecasting and hardware efficiency. You'll also be instrumental in leading the end-to-end execution of critical AI platform investments, spanning several years from conceptualization to successful implementation.

The ideal candidate brings a minimum of 10 years of experience in Technical Program Management or Product Management, with a strong focus on infrastructure and scalability. You should have proven expertise in driving complex AI and hardware capacity initiatives, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to influence executive-level stakeholders.

This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work both remotely and from LinkedIn's office, along with competitive compensation ranging from $185,000 to $304,000, plus equity and comprehensive benefits.
