Manager, Software Engineering - CI Platforms

LinkedIn is seeking a Manager of Software Engineering to lead their CI Platforms team within the Developer Platforms and Experience (DPX) organization. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of developer productivity at one of the world's largest professional networks.

The role focuses on providing automated, efficient, and delightful software delivery pipelines used by LinkedIn developers daily. The team is currently undertaking significant initiatives, including migrating CI infrastructure to GitHub Actions and redesigning their Microrepo infrastructure toward a monorepo-like structure.

As a leader in this role, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team focused on developer infrastructure
• Drive strategic technical decisions that impact LinkedIn's entire engineering organization
• Partner with teams across Engineering to gather feedback and build an impactful roadmap
• Own the end-to-end delivery of robust, scalable infrastructure systems
• Contribute to the open-source community and industry-wide developer tools

The ideal candidate brings:

• Strong technical background with 5+ years of industry experience
• Leadership experience either through management or staff-level technical leadership
• Expertise in CI/CD, developer tooling, and infrastructure
• Experience with microservices architecture and repository management
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
