Description For Principal Product Manager - LinkedIn Marketing Solutions

LinkedIn is seeking an entrepreneurial Principal Product Manager to join their Product Management team and drive the success of their LinkedIn Marketing Solutions (LMS) business. This role will contribute to all aspects of the marketing platform, with a specific focus on the Ecosystem strategy. The ideal candidate will help define LinkedIn's B2B strategy for more effective holistic marketing, work with cross-functional peers across all LinkedIn lines of business, and collaborate with LinkedIn's ecosystem partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and articulate a compelling vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned product areas
  • Synthesize market needs into product requirements and roadmap
  • Define product metrics, objectives, and key results
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, data sciences, marketing, legal, and business development teams
  • Make recommendations about whether to build, buy, or partner for key capabilities

Requirements:

  • BS degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience
  • 9+ years of experience in a product management or equivalent role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to execute complex product launches
  • Passion for building data-driven products and experience leveraging ML
  • Experience with B2B advertising, mobile, social, or video problem spaces

The role offers a hybrid work option and is based in San Francisco, Sunnyvale, or New York. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing cutting-edge technologies and market-differentiating customer features that will drive the next step of LinkedIn's evolution as a B2B marketplace.

LinkedIn offers a competitive compensation package, including base pay range of $173,000 to $280,000 per year, plus potential for annual performance bonus, stock, benefits, and other incentives.
