LinkedIn is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead their Search team, focusing on enhancing the search experience across consumer products. This role is pivotal in transforming LinkedIn Search into a dynamic, conversational, and goal-oriented experience that serves over 1 billion members globally.

The position offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of Search AI and Search Infrastructure, collaborating with world-class teams in AI, Infrastructure, and other cross-functional areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing comprehensive strategies, conducting detailed analyses, and leading cross-organizational projects that shape the future of professional search.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with diverse teams, creating strategic frameworks, conducting various analyses (product, experiment, competitor, ROI), and effectively communicating with all stakeholders. Requirements For Principal Product Manager, Search
