LinkedIn is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead their Search team in transforming the search experience across their consumer products. This role focuses on enhancing how members discover people, jobs, posts, videos, companies, schools, products, services, events, groups, and courses. The position requires deep expertise in Search AI and Search Infrastructure, working closely with AI and Infrastructure teams to develop a world-class search product and platform.
The role involves transforming LinkedIn Search into a dynamic, conversational and goal-oriented experience, helping scale innovative solutions for LinkedIn's global community of over 1 billion members. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, AI and infrastructure engineers, data scientists, designers, and business development professionals.
Key responsibilities include creating comprehensive strategies, setting prioritization principles, conducting various analyses (product, experiment, competitor, ROI), and leading cross-organizational projects. The position requires strong leadership in shaping roadmaps and delivering on OKRs, while effectively communicating with all stakeholders.
The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in building large-scale consumer search products, with deep understanding of Search AI and Infrastructure. Experience with large language models (LLMs) and Generative AI technologies is highly valued.
