LinkedIn is seeking an AI Product Manager to work on the core ranking of the Feed, focusing on how updates are optimized for engaging conversations and supporting other parts of the LinkedIn ecosystem. As part of the Feed AI team, you'll be responsible for selecting and ranking posts from users' networks alongside ads and recommendations to create the Feed experience on LinkedIn's home page.
The role combines technical expertise in AI/ML with product management skills to drive the development of LinkedIn's Feed relevance systems. You'll work with cross-functional teams including data scientists, AI engineers, and other product managers to develop and execute on the AI roadmap for the Feed.
The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of product management experience with a strong technical background and expertise in machine learning systems. You'll need to be comfortable diving deep into technical ML details while also thinking strategically about product direction and user experience. Experience with feed ranking and recommendation systems is highly valuable.

Responsibilities For Product Manager, Feed Relevance
- Partner with PMs, data scientists, AI, applications, and infrastructure engineers to lay out a comprehensive AI roadmap
- Align product strategy and member experience with model objectives through measurable metrics
- Prioritize and help to define new features and model improvements
- Drive global product requirements definition, product planning and product design
- Clearly communicate product and platform benefits to users and internal stakeholders
- Make data-driven decisions on how best to solve customer challenges
Requirements For Product Manager, Feed Relevance
- 2+ years of experience in product management or equivalent role
- BS/BA Degree in a technology-related field OR equivalent experience
- Strong analytical skills and comfort making data-driven decisions
- Experience in Machine Learning and working with Generative AI
- Ability to collaborate and lead across multiple partner teams
- Ability to deep dive into technical details of ML systems
