LinkedIn is seeking an AI Product Manager to work on the core ranking of the Feed, focusing on how updates are optimized for engaging conversations and supporting other parts of the LinkedIn ecosystem. The Feed AI team is responsible for selecting and ranking posts from users' networks alongside ads and recommendations to create the Feed experience on LinkedIn's home page.

The role requires a blend of technical expertise in AI/ML and product management skills. You'll work with cross-functional teams including data scientists, AI engineers, and other stakeholders to develop and implement the Feed's AI strategy. The position offers an opportunity to impact how LinkedIn's 770M+ members engage with content and connect professionally.

  • Partner with PMs, data scientists, AI, applications, and infrastructure engineers to lay out a comprehensive AI roadmap
  • Align product strategy and member experience with model objectives through measurable metrics
  • Prioritize and help to define new features and model improvements
  • Drive global product requirements definition, product planning and product design
  • Clearly communicate product and platform benefits to users and internal stakeholders
  • Make data-driven decisions on how best to solve customer challenges

Requirements For Product Manager, Feed Relevance

Python
  • 2+ years of experience in product management or equivalent role
  • BS/BA Degree in a technology-related field OR equivalent experience
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort making data-driven decisions
  • Experience in Machine Learning and working with Generative AI
  • Ability to collaborate and lead across multiple partner teams
  • Ability to deep dive into technical details of ML systems
