This role is crucial in managing and maintaining the company's data center infrastructure across multiple locations in the US. The position requires a blend of mechanical, electrical, and controls engineering expertise to ensure the reliability and efficiency of LinkedIn's data center operations.

The role involves working with sophisticated Building Management Systems (BMS) and Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) tools to monitor and optimize data center performance. Linux
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent plus 5+ years of relevant controls experience, OR 8+ years of relevant controls experience
  • 5+ years of experience with industrial controls in critical environment
  • Experience creating and executing large-scale infrastructure maintenance programs
  • Ability to create clear technical documentation
  • Professional certifications with DCIM, EPMS, and BMS applications
  • Experience with common industrial communication protocols
  • Understanding of engineering documentation and standard operating procedures
