LinkedIn is seeking a Senior Manager of Data Science to lead their Anti-abuse initiatives within the Trust Data Science team. This role is crucial in protecting LinkedIn's ecosystem by focusing on mitigating harm from inauthentic accounts and behavioral abuse.
The position requires a leader who can drive data-driven solutions in the anti-abuse domain, specifically targeting challenges like fake accounts, account takeovers, scraping, automation, and fake engagement. Requirements For Senior Manager, Data Science (Anti-Abuse)
- BS (or higher, e.g., MS, or PhD) in a technical or quantitative field
- 3+ years relevant work experience in Anti-abuse
- 2+ year(s) of management experience or 2+ year(s) of staff level data science / engineering experience with management training
- 10+ years of overall experience
- Strong sense of ownership and intellectual curiosity
- Excellent communication skills
- Track record of solving complex data science problems
- Expertise in applied statistics
