Description For Senior Manager, Product Quality

LinkedIn is seeking a strategic Senior Manager of Product Quality to lead and transform product quality initiatives across their enterprise platform. This leadership role will oversee a global team of Technical Services Managers who serve as the critical bridge between Member & Customer Success (MCS) and Engineering & Product (R&D) teams.

Requirements For Senior Manager, Product Quality

  • BA/BS degree in technical or related field
  • 2+ years of people management experience
  • 8+ years of experience in product quality, QA, or similar technical field
  • Project or program management experience
  • Experience managing technical teams
  • Strong results-orientation and problem solving skills
  • Strong relationship building and leadership skills
