Senior Manager, Technical Delivery

The position focuses on owning the end-to-end software development lifecycle for GTM applications, specifically in Forecasting, Territory Planning, and Workflow Automation. As the Senior Manager, you'll serve as the gateway for development across Anaplan and Power Platform environments, leading a team of 10+ technical professionals including people managers.

Your responsibilities will encompass setting the technical vision for the team, including capability development and solution architecture, while maintaining high application reliability standards. The role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills as you'll work across organizational boundaries with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of experience in solution design/delivery, with specific expertise in Anaplan or Power Platforms. You should have a proven track record of managing technical people managers and medium-sized delivery teams. Technical proficiency in programming languages like SQL and Python is essential, along with experience in Sales Operations processes and CRM systems.

LinkedIn offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $153,000 to $250,000, plus annual performance bonus and stock options.
