LinkedIn is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the core ranking of Video on LinkedIn. This role will be crucial in optimizing video updates in the Feed for engaging conversations and supporting other parts of the LinkedIn ecosystem. The ideal candidate will partner with various teams to develop a comprehensive AI roadmap for Video Relevance, align product strategy with model objectives, and drive global product requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with PMs, data scientists, AI, applications, and infrastructure engineers
- Prioritizing and defining new features and model improvements
- Analyzing competitive environments, customers, and product metrics
- Driving product planning and design, including writing PRDs
- Communicating product benefits to users and stakeholders
- Making data-driven decisions through experiments and analysis
The role requires:
- 4+ years of experience in product management or equivalent
- BS/BA Degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision-making
- Experience in Machine Learning and working with Generative AI
- Ability to collaborate across teams and deep dive into technical details

Responsibilities For Senior Product Manager, Video Relevance
- Partner with PMs, data scientists, Al, applications, and-infrastructure engineers to lay out a comprehensive Al roadmap for Video Relevance
- Align product strategy and member experience with model objectives through measurable metrics
- Prioritize and help to define new features and model improvements
- Understand and lead analyses of the competitive environment, customers and product metrics
- Drive global product requirements definition, product planning and product design (including writing PRDs) of new features and enhancements
- Clearly communicate product and platform benefits to our users and internal stakeholders
- Make data-driven decisions on how best to solve customer challenges by pulling and analyzing data from multiple sources, including experiments
Requirements For Senior Product Manager, Video Relevance
- 4+ years of experience in product management or equivalent role
- BS/BA Degree in a technology-related field OR equivalent experience
- Strong analytical skills and comfort making data-driven decisions
- Experience in Machine Learning and working with Generative AI
- Ability to collaborate and lead across multiple partner teams with strong systems thinking
- Ability to deep dive into technical details of ML systems with engineers, and metrics with the Data Science team
