Senior Risk & Compliance Engineer

LinkedIn, the world's largest professional network, is seeking a Senior Risk & Compliance Engineer to join their Engineering Systems and Compliance team. This role combines technical expertise with compliance knowledge to ensure LinkedIn's engineering practices meet various regulatory requirements.

The position offers a hybrid work arrangement at LinkedIn's HQ in Sunnyvale, CA, providing flexibility while maintaining team collaboration. As a Senior Engineering Risk & Compliance Lead, you'll be responsible for managing end-to-end engineering compliance activities across multiple programs including SOX, MRC, DMA, and DSA.

The role requires a unique blend of engineering expertise and compliance knowledge. You'll need to conduct technical compliance reviews of system designs, understand regulatory landscapes, and build automated compliance controls. With a competitive salary range of $112,000-$183,000 per year, this position offers excellent compensation along with comprehensive benefits.

Key responsibilities include partnering with teams to monitor regulations, driving technical compliance reviews, building system process recommendations, and designing compliance solutions. You'll also facilitate audits, deliver training, and manage relationships with stakeholders across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in technology compliance services, strong technical skills including Java and SQL knowledge, and experience with code reviews and system designs. You should be detail-oriented, analytical, and able to communicate effectively with all levels of management.
