Senior Software Engineer - Systems and Infrastructure

LinkedIn is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our Systems and Infrastructure team, working on building next-generation platforms that power LinkedIn's global professional network. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge distributed systems and infrastructure projects that operate at massive scale.

As a member of our world-class engineering team, you'll be responsible for developing critical infrastructure components including application delivery platforms, compute platforms, scalable data storage systems, search platforms, AI infrastructure, and experimentation frameworks. You'll work alongside industry experts who have contributed to well-known open-source projects like Apache Kafka, Pinot, Samza, and Venice.

The ideal candidate brings strong experience in distributed systems development, with expertise in languages like Java, Python, Go or Rust. You'll have the opportunity to design and implement large-scale systems while maintaining high standards through code reviews and mentorship.
