Senior Staff TPM, Core AI

LinkedIn is seeking a Senior Staff Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join their Data and AI Technical Program Management Group. This role is part of LinkedIn's Data and AI organization, which consists of over 1,200 people who design and build massive-scale distributed data and machine learning platforms, recommendation and search technologies, and analytical tools.

As a Senior Staff TPM, you will:

• Drive cutting-edge improvements to advanced machine learning applications and platforms
• Own and lead key areas of LinkedIn's Data and AI org-wide initiatives across LinkedIn's products
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver high impact and cutting-edge AI products
• Initiate, plan, and execute intermediate to large scale, cross-functional and company-wide programs

Key responsibilities include:

• Owning and driving key cross-functional, technical AI and engineering initiatives
• Influencing senior leaders and building strategic relationships across various job functions
• Developing partnerships with engineering and product management leaders
• Tackling ambiguous technical problems and formulating plans to deliver successful results
• Understanding long-term implications of architectural and technical changes
• Identifying risks, resolving project conflicts, and establishing resolution paths
• Continuously improving and scaling the organization
• Creating a collaborative work environment fostering innovation and continuous learning
• Demonstrating analytical skills and ability to make reasoned decisions objectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with high emotional intelligence
• Filling gaps across roles and functions as needed
• Coaching and mentoring team members
