Senior Technical Program Manager

LinkedIn, the world's largest professional network, is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to join their Infrastructure Engineering Technical Program Management Group. This role is part of LinkedIn's Infrastructure engineering organization, which comprises over 2,000 engineers responsible for the infrastructure that powers linkedin.com.

The position offers a unique opportunity to work with massive-scale systems, ranging from physical data centers, networking, storage, compute, observability to Data and AI/ML platforms. The organization is known for its contribution to the technical community through open-source technologies.

As a Senior TPM, you'll be at the intersection of technical leadership and program management, working with a diverse team to drive critical infrastructure initiatives. Key responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, defining product vision and metrics, leading complex cross-functional programs, and ensuring alignment across teams. The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of experience in Technical Program and Product management, with a strong background in Agile methodologies and infrastructure platform development. You'll need to quickly acquire domain knowledge, participate effectively in technical discussions, and ensure program plans align with engineering goals.
