LinkedIn is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to join their Infrastructure Engineering organization in Bangalore, India. This role is part of LinkedIn's Infrastructure engineering team, which consists of over 2,000 engineers responsible for the infrastructure that powers linkedin.com. The organization builds and operates massive-scale systems ranging from physical DCs, networking, storage, compute, observability to Data and AI/ML platforms.
The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and program management capabilities. You'll be responsible for driving complex cross-functional programs, collaborating with stakeholders across the organization, and ensuring the successful delivery of infrastructure initiatives that support LinkedIn's massive scale.

Requirements For Senior Technical Program Manager
- B.S./B.A. Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Program and Product management
- Experience in Agile Methods in Infra product/platform development teams
- Strong technical acumen, ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Exceptional analytic skills
- Experience leading dynamic programs and projects with cross-functional matrixed resources
- Strong practical understanding of managing the life-cycle of large-scale programs
