Description For Senior Technical Program Manager

LinkedIn is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to join their Infrastructure Engineering organization, which is responsible for the infrastructure that powers linkedin.com. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a team of over 2,000 engineers who build and operate massive-scale systems ranging from physical DCs to AI/ML platforms.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading complex, cross-functional programs within the Infrastructure Engineering Technical Program Management Group. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define product vision, and ensure alignment with business priorities. The role requires excellent balance of people, organizational, and technical skills, with the ability to execute successfully without direct authority.

Key responsibilities include developing and managing plans, tracking metrics, improving cross-team processes, and delivering impactful presentations. You'll need to demonstrate strong technical acumen, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills. The position requires at least 5 years of experience in Technical Program and Product management, with a background in Agile methodologies.
