Sr Manager, Data Science - PSM

LinkedIn is seeking a Senior Manager of Data Science for their Product Service & Marketplaces (PSM) team, focusing on LinkedIn Ads and Sales Solutions. This hybrid role, based in Sunnyvale, offers an opportunity to lead a high-performing team of data scientists across multiple locations including the US, India, and Dublin.

The position requires leading initiatives in building data foundations, applying statistical techniques for A/B testing and LTV estimation, and implementing machine learning solutions to optimize PSM processes. Qualifications include a BS or higher in a quantitative field, 7+ years of relevant experience, and 2+ years of team management experience. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and extensive experience with statistical inference, experimentation, and ML algorithms.
