Sr. Manager, R&D Infrastructure Platform Strategic Finance - Platform, Data and Ops

LinkedIn is seeking a Strategic Finance Senior Manager to join their R&D Infrastructure Platform team in Mountain View, CA. This hybrid role offers an exciting opportunity to drive financial strategy and resource optimization for LinkedIn's infrastructure initiatives.

The position requires a strategic thinker who can partner effectively with engineering leaders to identify and evaluate infrastructure efficiency initiatives. You'll be responsible for analyzing both financial and non-financial impacts of major projects, ensuring resources are allocated to highest-ROI initiatives, and setting/tracking key performance metrics.

As a leader in this role, you'll need to combine strong financial acumen with excellent communication skills to influence decision-making at senior levels. You'll be responsible for validating headcount requests, supporting strategic storytelling to executives, and driving improvements in the operating model between infrastructure and other engineering teams.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of finance or related experience, with at least 3 years of people management experience in the technology industry. You should have advanced Excel modeling skills and be able to translate complex financial analyses into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
