Sr. Staff Software Engineer, AI Platform

LinkedIn is seeking a Sr. Staff Software Engineer for their AI Platform team. This role is crucial in building the next-gen training infrastructure to power AI use cases across LinkedIn. Key responsibilities include:

• Owning technical strategy for complex requirements

• Mentoring other engineers and defining technical culture

The ideal candidate will have:

• BS/BA in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of industry experience in software design and development
• Strong programming skills in languages like Python, C++, Java, Go, Rust, or Scala
• Experience as an architect or in technical leadership
• Hands-on experience with deep learning systems and distributed systems
