Sr. Staff Technical Program Manager, Core Engineering

LinkedIn is seeking a Senior Staff Technical Program Manager to join their Infrastructure Engineering organization, which comprises over 2,000 engineers responsible for the infrastructure powering linkedin.com. This role focuses on driving cutting-edge improvements to LinkedIn's advanced machine learning infrastructure and platforms. The position involves leading key areas of LinkedIn's AI/ML infrastructure that serve hundreds of millions of users.

The role requires exceptional leadership in managing large-scale, cross-functional technical programs in the Data and AI platform infrastructure space. You'll be responsible for full lifecycle program management, from strategy definition to execution, working closely with VP-level leadership and ML infrastructure engineering teams. As a Senior Staff TPM, you'll create and maintain program roadmaps, manage cross-project dependencies, and mentor team members in best practices.
