Responsibilities For Sr Technical Recruiter

  • Lead by example and provide recruitment support to the Engineering organization
  • Own the recruiting cycle from end to end, spanning all areas and disciplines
  • Own full desk from sourcing to closing candidates
  • Coach, mentor and train team members
  • Drive technology, process and teamwork efforts to enhance the recruitment process
  • Proactively recruit passive talent to join the LinkedIn's Engineering team
  • Work with hiring managers to provide guidance, expertise, collaboration
  • Utilize recruiting tools to improve efficiency
  • Deliver against set metrics
  • Elevate the candidate experience

Requirements For Sr Technical Recruiter

Kubernetes
  • BA/BS degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
  • Previous recruiting experience for Engineering roles
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and passive candidate sourcing
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Experience effectively hiring and motivating talent
  • Expert knowledge of MS Office
  • Strong understanding of talent and competency models
  • Excellent communication, time management and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
