The position offers a hybrid work arrangement, based in Mountain View, San Francisco, or New York, combining remote work with office presence as determined by business needs. The role requires 7+ years of experience in user experience design or related industry experience.

As a Staff Product Designer, you'll be responsible for leading design initiatives that connect user insights, design patterns, and business goals. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams including user research, UX writing, product management, engineering, marketing, and data science. The role involves creating holistic design solutions that address business, brand, and user requirements while effectively communicating conceptual ideas and design rationale.
