LinkedIn is seeking a Staff Product Designer for Company Pages to join their global Product Design team. This role will be based in Mountain View, Sunnyvale, San Francisco, or New York City, with a hybrid work option. The ideal candidate will lead by connecting user insights, design patterns, and business goals, collaborating closely with various teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively communicate conceptual ideas, design rationale, and user-centered design processes
  • Create holistic design solutions addressing business, brand, and user requirements
  • Work with web developers and engineers to deliver final products
  • Participate in the complete product development lifecycle of web or software applications

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree in graphic design, design communication, human-computer interaction, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in user experience design or industry experience
  • Strong experience in delivering large-scale projects independently
  • Ability to drive strategy and vision for projects and teams
  • Excellent visual communication skills
  • Experience in solving unstructured problems with few dependencies
