The position involves working on key areas including SEO, Guest Experience, Emails, App Activations, Onboarding, and member retention strategies.

As a Staff Product Designer, you'll be part of a team that shapes the front door experience of LinkedIn, working to understand and deliver value to both potential and existing members. The role requires a strategic mindset, with designers acting as key partners from product innovation through to launch. You'll collaborate with a diverse team including user research, UX writing, product management, engineering, marketing, and data science professionals.

  • 7+ years of experience in user experience design or industry experience
  • Strong experience in delivering large-scale projects independently
  • Demonstrated ability to drive strategy and vision for respective projects and teams
  • Strong ability to deliver design solutions for unstructured problems
  • Excellent ability in visual communication
