As a Staff Product Designer, you'll be working on critical areas including SEO, Guest Experience, Emails, App Activations, Onboarding, first 28 days of member experience, and strategies for retaining and re-engaging infrequent members. This is a front-door experience role that directly impacts LinkedIn's ability to reach and provide value to potential and existing members.
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in user experience design, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects independently. You'll need to be adept at connecting user insights with design patterns and business goals, while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams including user research, UX writing, product management, engineering, marketing, and data science.
