LinkedIn is seeking a Staff Product Designer for their Growth team, focusing on Top of Funnel experiences. This role will be responsible for expanding LinkedIn's vision of bringing economic opportunity to every member of the global workforce through understanding and delivering value to potential and existing members.

The ideal candidate will lead by connecting user insights, design patterns, and business goals. They will collaborate closely with user research, UX writing, product management, engineering, marketing, and data science teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively communicate conceptual ideas, design rationale, and specifics of user-centered design process
  • Create holistic design solutions that address business, brand, and user requirements
  • Work with web developers and engineers to deliver final products
  • Participate in the complete product development lifecycle of web or software applications
  • Drive strategy and vision for respective projects and teams
  • Deliver design solutions for unstructured problems with many dependencies
  • Contribute ideas that influence product strategy on adjacent teams

Required Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree in graphic design, design communication, human-computer interaction, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 7+ years of experience in user experience design or industry experience
  • Strong experience in delivering large-scale projects independently
  • Demonstrated ability to drive strategy and vision for projects and teams
  • Excellent visual communication skills
  • Experience in solving unstructured problems with few dependencies
