The position offers a hybrid work arrangement with locations in Mountain View, Sunnyvale, San Francisco, or New York City. As a Staff Product Designer, you'll be joining a global Product Design team that advances LinkedIn's vision through quality, inclusive design. The role requires 7+ years of experience in user experience design and offers a competitive salary range of $141,000 to $230,000 per year.

You'll be working with state-of-the-art design tools including Figma, Principle, and Miro, and will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams including user research, UX writing, product management, engineering, marketing, and data science. Key responsibilities include participating in the complete product development lifecycle, creating user-centered design solutions, and collaborating with web developers and engineers. The ideal candidate will have a BA/BS degree in a relevant field, strong experience in delivering large-scale projects independently, and the ability to drive strategy and vision for projects and teams.

LinkedIn offers comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, along with the flexibility of hybrid work arrangements. The company's culture is built on trust, care, inclusion, and fun – where everyone has the opportunity to succeed and grow professionally.
