LinkedIn is seeking a Staff Product Designer to join their Talent Solutions team. The role is based in multiple locations (Mountain View, Sunnyvale, San Francisco, or New York City) with a hybrid work arrangement, offering flexibility to work both remotely and in-office. The compensation range is competitive at $141,000 to $230,000 per year, plus additional benefits including stock options and annual performance bonuses.

As a Staff Product Designer, you'll be part of LinkedIn's global Product Design team that advances the vision of creating economic opportunity for every member of the global workforce. The team is passionate about designing an equal, fair, and accessible platform that's modern, engaging, and responsible. You'll work with cutting-edge design tools like Figma, Principle, and Miro, and collaborate closely with user research, UX writing, product management, engineering, marketing, and data science teams.

The ideal candidate should have 7+ years of experience in user experience design, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects independently.
