As a Staff Product Designer, you'll be joining LinkedIn's global Product Design team, which is dedicated to creating economic opportunity through quality, inclusive design. The role requires 7+ years of experience in user experience design, with a strong focus on delivering large-scale projects independently and driving strategy for business-critical initiatives.

Key responsibilities include creating holistic design solutions that address business, brand, and user requirements, effectively communicating conceptual ideas and design rationale, and working closely with cross-functional teams including engineers, product managers, and researchers.
