Staff Technical Program Manager

LinkedIn, the world's largest professional network, is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager for their Infrastructure TPM Organization. This is a hybrid role based in Mountain View, CA, offering a competitive salary range of $134,000 to $221,000 per year.

The role focuses on leading cross-functional technical programs within LinkedIn's infrastructure domain, particularly working with massive-scale distributed data systems, pub/sub and streaming technologies, DataLake storage, and batch data processing systems. The position requires someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and drive strategic vision while managing complex technical initiatives.

As a Staff TPM, you'll be responsible for supporting multiple technical teams, developing partnerships with engineering leaders, and driving programs to improve hardware usage across compute, storage, and network infrastructure. You'll own program planning, roadmap execution, and engineering operations while ensuring reliability, scalability, and maintainability of the data ecosystem.

Key qualifications include a B.S./B.A. in Engineering or Computer Science, 5+ years of technical program management experience, and 2+ years of hands-on software development experience. The ideal candidate should have experience managing company-wide, large-scale programs and working with complex technical ecosystems.
