Staff Technical Program Manager

LinkedIn is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to join their Developer Platforms and Experiences (DPX) organization, a dynamic team responsible for accelerating R&D Velocity across LinkedIn. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with all of LinkedIn engineering as customers, requiring a strong technical background and leadership skills.

The position involves partnering with senior leaders (Director+, Senior & Principal Staff engineers) to drive critical programs while collaborating with TPMs across the organization. You'll be responsible for managing complex technical programs, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring successful delivery of key initiatives.

As a Staff TPM, you'll lead cross-functional teams, own program planning and execution, and drive alignment across technology initiatives. The role requires strong technical depth, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence and mentor others. You'll work in a hybrid environment, combining remote work with office presence in Mountain View, CA.
