Staff Technical Program Manager, Core Engineering

The position offers a hybrid work arrangement based in Mountain View, CA, with a competitive salary range of $134,000 to $221,000 per year. As a Staff TPM, you'll be responsible for leading cross-functional technical programs that support LinkedIn's massive-scale distributed data systems, including pub/sub and streaming technologies, DataLake storage, and batch data processing systems. The role requires strong technical knowledge and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, solving ambiguous problems with a bias toward action.

Key areas of focus include Big Data Platform, Autonomous Fleet, Fabric Buildout, Validation Engineering, Storage, and Data Infrastructure. You'll work closely with engineering and product management leaders to drive strategic objectives, improve hardware usage efficiency, and ensure the reliability and scalability of LinkedIn's data ecosystem.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of professional experience in technical teams, with at least 2 years of hands-on software development background. Experience with infrastructure, data infrastructure, and AI platforms is highly valued. You should excel at managing multiple concurrent projects across different locations and have a proven track record of delivering large-scale, high-impact programs.
