Litify is looking for a hands-on IT Operations Specialist to join our team. This person will be responsible for daily operations of our New York headquarters, including support of remote and in-person end users through our ticketing system, setting up AV for large company All Hands events, conference room support and office networking troubleshooting. As a qualified candidate, you should have a strong technical background, strong customer service experience, problem-solving skills, and the ability to bring a can-do attitude to achieve specific goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware
- Own projects, solutions, and key responsibilities within larger business initiatives
- Handle business-critical IT tasks and systems
- Maintain and support Zoom Rooms and A/V hardware; provide technical A/V support for virtual and on-site events
- Assist in managing IT assets using Asset Management tools
- Onboard new employees and orient them with Litify's systems, applications, and IT policies
- Contribute to IT support documentation
- Complete project-based work that contributes to team objectives
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of professional IT or equivalent experience
- Experience in organizations with 100+ end users
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with various IT tools and systems (Okta, Kandji, Intune, G-Suite, Mimecast, 1Password, Zoom, Slack, Salesforce, Office 365 is a plus)
- Ability to install, upgrade, and maintain Mac and Windows hardware
- Ability to configure MDM for mobile devices
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly
- Strong focus on customer service and user experience
- Willingness to travel occasionally and support out of standard hours needs
- Ability to troubleshoot in-office and remote network environments
This is an onsite position based out of our New York office with the requirement to work from the office 5 days a week.
