As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and supporting our advanced security inspection systems. Your primary responsibilities will include responding to customer issues both remotely and on-site, performing regular maintenance, and participating in a rotational on-call schedule to ensure 24/7 support coverage.

The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background with expertise in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems. You must be comfortable working independently while maintaining excellent collaboration skills with the team. English communication skills are essential as you'll be interfacing directly with customers.

Responsibilities For Field Service Engineer

  • Respond to customer issues via phone and on-site when necessary
  • Perform monthly maintenance on products
  • Participate in 24/7 on-call schedule rotation with Athens team
  • Travel occasionally for training and support outside of Athens

Requirements For Field Service Engineer

  • Prior experience in technical roles with emphasis on fault finding and troubleshooting
  • Ability to diagnose and rectify faults on mechanical, electrical, electronic and computer systems
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Self-motivated when working alone and good collaboration skills with team
  • Good customer communication skills
  • Ability to work on-call basis providing 24/7 coverage 365 days a year
