Machine Learning Engineer, Search

As a Machine Learning Engineer, Search, you'll play a pivotal role in advancing our eCommerce platform by designing, developing, and implementing sophisticated machine learning models and algorithms. You'll enhance customer experiences across our digital interfaces and contribute to setting new benchmarks in retail through innovative applications of AI and ML technologies.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing ML models to solve complex business challenges
• Collaborating with senior engineers and cross-functional teams
• Working with large datasets to identify trends and insights
• Optimizing ML models for scalability and performance
• Staying updated on AI/ML advancements
• Engaging in continuous learning and knowledge sharing
• Assisting in code reviews and technical design sessions
• Troubleshooting ML models and data pipelines
• Communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Creating and maintaining documentation for ML models and processes

We're looking for candidates with:

• 3-5 years of software development experience focusing on machine learning
• Proficiency in ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn
• Skills in Python, Java, or similar languages
• Experience in data handling and pipeline development
• Knowledge of AI technologies, including Gen AI, LLMs, and semantic search
• Understanding of security architecture and data privacy standards
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Enthusiasm for teamwork and continuous innovation
