Responsibilities For L2 Technical Support Engineer

  • Collaborate with development team to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
  • Work hands-on with LocalStack users to help them get the most out of the platform
  • Reproduce customer reported issues and capture reproduction steps
  • Create reproduction samples for engineering ticket resolution
  • Suggest relevant documentation for customer troubleshooting
  • Capture missing documentation for continuous improvement
  • Manage cases throughout the entire support lifecycle
  • Help shape the product
  • Assist LocalStack team with internal support

Requirements For L2 Technical Support Engineer

  • Strong English communication skills
  • Comprehensive understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Basic scripting and programming experience (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
  • Experience with development tools (Terraform, Serverless, Pulumi, AWS SDK)
  • Understanding of operating systems (Linux, macOS, Windows)
  • Knowledge of databases and DB concepts
  • Ability to read and analyse application logs
