Sr. Project Manager - Water Resources Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Water Resources Engineer to join our team in Central Illinois. This key role will help expand our Water Resources team and service line in the Central Illinois region. Lochmueller Group is a regional engineering consulting firm specializing in infrastructure, offering services in transportation design, water resources design, environmental analysis, construction engineering, traffic engineering, surveying, and more.

The ideal candidate will:

• Lead and mentor junior-level engineers
• Maintain and enhance client relationships
• Manage wastewater, drinking water, and storm water projects
• Apply advanced concepts to resolve crucial issues
• Serve as a technical specialist
• Ensure compliance with policies and performance measures

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
• Professional Engineer (PE) license
• 12+ years of experience in water resources engineering
• Extensive project management experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
• Strong communication skills
