Senior Flight Software Engineer

The role focuses on developing and maintaining distributed systems across multiple embedded platforms, including real-time operating systems and Linux kernel. As a Senior Flight Software Engineer, you'll work with a diverse, international team across offices in San Francisco, Golden, and Toulouse, collaborating with various stakeholders including Mission Leads, Satellite Operators, and Ground Software teams.

The position requires expertise in C/C++ and Python, with a strong foundation in embedded Linux operations, distributed application frameworks, and system architecture. You'll be responsible for driving innovation, tackling complex problems, and representing the company in public communications and customer interactions.

The compensation package is highly competitive, ranging from $165,000 to $231,000 annually, complemented by an extensive benefits package including full medical coverage, 401(k), equity options, and parental leave.
